Welcome, Let your mind just be.

     The mind, our mind literally just wanders anywhere and everywhere. Its just so weird and wonderful, we are thinking of one thing and it just links and builds a bridge and lands our thought process to some completely different land. 
     Anyway, I'm not here to state the obvious or bore you with such cliche's, but rather share some of my own thought process trains... 


     So just last night I was thinking about Domestic Violence. Now I wasn't just thinking of it completely randomly but because I was going through these websites that law students usually go to for some law related information, latest judgement, competitions, author invites and such, when I came across an online essay writing competition on Domestic violence amid lock down. Now I myself am a law student and yes the law has the Domestic Violence Act and provisions like wise; it was when I started thinking...
      Domestic means Home, so Domestic violence means violence at home, home the one place you're supposed to be safe. But even your mind is a home, your own home. While we talk about inflicting or being inflicted pain by/on somebody else, what about the ignorance that causes us the trouble? By not letting ourselves just be. Yes I'm headed towards mental health and speaking of which, it still isn't completely accepted or rather that our society hasn't quite managed to grasp the concept of it. We still have people saying that all of this is not a big deal or this is nonsense and just ways to pass your time. 
     In my opinion, just let yourself be. People say, as the popular phrase for it, be strong. Being strong does not mean to always be hiding your real emotions or to not be vulnerable at all. For the record, it's actually the opposite of that. To let yourself express is the real power. when you hide your emotions too much, that doesn't work well for your body. It will always find a way out and that is not a pretty scene trust me. So instead we feel it. We so easily sake off the feelings and that ends up piling up and creating a burden and eventually problems. 
     When you go through an emotion, feel it, don't just try to make it go away. You need let it run it's course. 
       Just like how the window AC works. The AC when starts it sucks in the warm air, filter's it and lets out cool air making your room cool and pleasant. Just like Window AC, you need to start it from the ground level and take it all as it comes so you can process and filter it. Let the emotion just be. Let it go through. You Know literally " Sir se pair tak thande raho" πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚
       

In Conclusion, I let my thought run anywhere it wants to and will post on just about anything.
